We were instructed by Shared Intelligence to help them with their work on Waltham Forest’s town centre regeneration programme. The authority has invested in physical regeneration projects in its town centres across the borough over the last few years and was keen to understand the impact of this investment to help inform further capital spend.
With our background in planning, delivering and evaluating town centre regeneration projects we supported Shared Intelligence with the identification of tailored evaluation criteria, ideas on the types of projects that might improve locations that are yet to benefit from investment and case studies of successful small scale regeneration schemes elsewhere.
