We are delighted to have been invited back to the University of Leicester to help with the Work Place Geographies module for second year geography undergraduate students.
The Department is increasingly keen to make sure that when students leave the University, they are in a strong position to apply for and secure employment in their chosen field. As such the Department has established a Work Place Geographies module for second year undergraduate students. We are delighted to support the delivery of this module again by providing a sample graduate recruitment advertisement and interviewing students that respond to the advertisement. We will provide students with comprehensive feedback on all aspects of the recruitment process from the employers’ perspective and ideas on how they might want to progress their careers.
Last year the response from students was fantastic and we are looking forward to meeting the new students this year.
