We are delighted to confirm that the Save Mavisbank project has made it through to the next stage of the Heritage Fund’s Heritage Horizons programme. We have been working with The Landmark Trust and Historic Environment Scotland on this fascinating and hugely important scheme since last year and are excited about the prospect of developing the project further over the coming months.
Mavisbank is one of only 12 projects that has made it through to the next stage, having already been whittled down from nearly 150 from across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. The chance to bid for a share of a £50m fund is an enormous opportunity in the current environment and we look forward to giving Mavisbank the very best chance of success.
