We continue to provide economic development, regeneration and business case advice to Newham College of Further Education in support of their aspiration to relocate to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park after London 2012. Recently we have looked at the economic impact of the relocation on the economy, the impact on the Six Host Boroughs Convergence Framework and the financial impact on the College’s cash-flow. Negotiations are on-going with the London Legacy Development Corporation. Please note, this work commenced at prior employment, Urban Delivery.
