We are delighted to confirm that on Thursday 16th November Hellesdon residents voted in favour of the Hellesdon Neighbourhood Plan in a referendum. The Plan will now form part of the Broadland Development Plan and will be fully adopted by Broadland District Council on the 19th December 2017.
The Hellesdon Neighbourhood Plan is the fifth Plan that we have successfully taken to referendum working in partnership with the local community. If you would like to know more about the project please follow this link.
