We recently finished a feasibility study looking at options for this important complex of historic buildings within the Upton urban extension at Northamptonshire. Engaging a wide range of local groups and stakeholders, our work sought to create a flexible management model that would allow for skills-based community groups to come and go over time whilst contributing to operational and management overhead.
